what i dont understand is this, both boxes say athlon & am4 but my athlon cpu doesnt fit and i dont want to force it

so which motherboard should i bring to the ONLY pc shop in town, msi or gigabyte ?

i live in a small town in Quebec theres no such thing as a small fee here... but thats a good idea

omg, im going on vacation, i dont need the headache of buying another part, at least the msi motherboard everything spun up (cpu & psu fan) gigabyte motherboard nothing

ryzen 5 5600G to clarify, i dont know if thats zen 3 or not. i understand nothing you said, ive never had to flash a bios my whole life

so the gigabyte 1 wont even power on ? and how can i update if nothing comes on ?

ok, so i ordered a ryzen 5 (5000 series) and msi motherboard b450 . and after installation and boot. screen remained blank... small led on motherboard indicated problem w/ cpu... researched online to find that this motherboard has known issues. so i order another 1 (gigabyte b450m d3sh wifi).... forgot to mention.. psu is corsair cx750m.....(750watts) this time after installation, nothing works... cpu fan( not even psu fan)wont spin up... now im confused.. pls help and mouse does light up when psu is on so there is power

ok, installed msi afterburner, ill figure it out from here i understand that the GF65 is shit at cooling but i might as well try all venues

is there a tutorial on how to do that ?
