i have a 2012 amd apu atm and the best compatible gpu is the 660 and i cant find really anyone in my area to buy it off of (i live in winnipeg) and i cant seem to find ebay gift cards and idk how to use prepaid visas

i am have potato set up and need a gtx 660 and i cant find one on a website that i can use a gift card in because i don't have access to using a debit card cause im too young , im 16 btw
