I know don't worry, I just wanted to give an example that it doesn't have any options. UEFI is only for 64 bit CPUs as well if I am correct and my Sempron is only 32 bit. Thanks for the reply though ? That is understandable. Do you think I could use a custom BIOS by someone?

Hi all, I have a Advent 7105 laptop. I am trying to get the laptop to recongise a mSATA drive that is in an mSATA to IDE adapter. I don't have any OS on the laptop, so I am trying to follow guides to get the drive recongised that don't require using Windows etc. Sadly my BIOS is very basic, I don't have any options to set legacy or UEFI etc just change the date and boot order. I would update my BIOS, but I can't find any websites with BIOS updates for my laptop. Thanks
