cable sorry i, wasnt expecting very fast replies

So I'm trying to update my games and have throttle them so I don't use all the internet; games that are on uplay. I throttle them to 62 Mbps and my internet speeds are up too 300 Mbps consistently. Now I don't know if its a HDD related issue or wifi receiver issue. Everyone on the internet in my house is only watching videos, so I don't think it's internet congestion issue. I'm throttling through uplay settings.

I just upgraded my motherboard from MSI Z370A PRO to ROG STRIX B360F GAMING. Now I have no sound through hdmi that is connected to my tv and I never had this issue with the MSI board. I used the driver installation disc that came with the ROG board. Any ideas ? I have a Intel I3 8100, EVGA GTX 1080 SC and Windows 10 , if that helps in anyway. Please, someone help my DUMBASS.
