So i flashed the bios. if i put the new cpu in should work right??

I am currently switching from a ryzen 2600x to a 3700x on my b450 Msi Gaming Plus (Which is compatible). I tried before but i was using the wrong motherboard bios by accident so nothing was working for me. Now i have found the correct one and i question it. About 4 months ago the bios compatible with ryzen 3rd gen was released but does that mean the latest is also compatible if it doesnt say? The one I've tried the most was fat32 still nothing worked

The whole folder, the bios file, and the text thing

That's the thing. It wont detect the bios file.

Ok so I'm at that part and I've got my usb detected

Ok so I extract the files on the usb after formatting. Then put the bios on the root directory. What else should I be doing?

How would I check that??

I bought a new ryzen 3700x to switch out my 2600x. My motherboard supports it and I downloaded the bios flash into my usb stick after formatting. The files show up but the bios file doesnt. I've extracted and formatted and tried a million things but nothing seems to work. I'm trying to do it with my old cpu in so I can still use the pc. I need another way other than this.
