Hi guys, as the title says, i have randomly ping spikes of up to 2 seconds. I'm not too familiar with techy stuff, so be nice on me. I measured the ping with ping plotter, one time on a windows pc which is connected with a cable to the router and the other time on a macbook which is connected over wifi. The two pictures are attached. I hope someone can help me with this I guess its some fault on the isp side and im already in conversation with them but so far nothing useful came out of it.
