Yeah ive tried that but it just dosent want to work, just keeps restarting on its own

So i just bought a "Crucial P3 1TB M.2 PCIe Gen3 NVMe Internal SSD". When i installed it and turn on my PC just by itself without my old hard drive my PC gets stuck in loop where it turns on and off every 1-2 minutes without displaying anything not even the MB main screen thing where you can access the BIOS, it just constantly resets. Was wondering if anyone else has been faces with the same issue and how could i resolve this, any helps is appreciated. Things Ive tried: Tried removing CMOS battery and RAM and putting it back in. (Some one online said it worked but not for me ) Tried running the M.2 with my current (old) hard drive, managed to get it to the MB screen logo, but my keyboard dosent let me press anything none of the buttons work when i click them (tried different keyboard nothing) Specs: Radeon RTX 570 RX ASrock B450M Pro4-F Ryzen 3 1200 EVGA 500W RAM Viper Patriot 2x4GB 3200Mhz (or 3000 cant remember)

so i was told to write this code ''Write a program to allow the user to enter a positive floating point number into a variable. Do i just need to be able to put a number floating point into a code and then it should be able to separate the int number and decimal so //Integral part:12//Fractional Part: 0.345 from 12.345

Hello everyone who is reading this , I need help. Yesterday i had a problem, when i turn off my pc and tried to turn it back on , it said no display and said move your mouse or click a button on keyboard to wake up your pc but nothing worked , at the start i thought it was my monitor but then i connected my monitor to my laptop and every thing worked ,and then i plunged my monitor back to my pc and it started to work as normal, but today i had the same problem again ,but instead i removed my gpu and cleaned it from dust and CPU fan too and removed 1 ram stick and changed my VGI cable too thinking it was the problem and everything started to work as normal but am not sure if its ram or not .If anyone knows what could be the problem pls tell me . Hello , so my friend has a problem, he has just gotten a new second 1650x1080 monitor and his main is 1980x1080 and he has connected his main monitor to his gpu and second one to Motherboard which has cpu that has inbuilt gpu but every time when he tries to play and watch stream/videos on his second monitor his frames drops what could be the problem ?. or is it normal for to watch vidoes and game and have bad fps ?

I got another question ,is there a way i can completely uninstall windows 10 from bios or the troubleshoot menu and reinstall it with USB stick?

Thats am am trying to do is reinstall windows but whenever i get to 100% on black screen and then 100% on blue screen mu monitor just turns off and says no signal . And now i cant get in safe mode or windows only Bios and blue screen troubleshoot options. But ill try to check if i got boot device set correctly
