Hey Guys. i need your help. my screen saver will not turn on on my system. ive gone thru all the settings, reset the powersettting, have it set on high Performance, if i send the C:\Windows\System32\scrnsave.scr to desktop i can manually start the screen saver. any simple solutions before i have to reload the O/S. i already have my files backed up.

i would like to donate to someone if they would like it. that is how i got it, i know the tech is old and i know how some people collect old tech and build machines, that is why i was offering it. im going to keep this up for a few days and see if anyone is interested in it then if not i will scrap it.

it was in the original sealed package when i got it. so im guessing its still new. but im just trying to give it to someone who may want it. i run a non profit group that fixes electronic and computers and then donates to people and families in need. so if you or someone you know is building a older style computer may want this i can put it in a box and ship it to you guys. or linus might want it who knows.

I looked it up online it shows around 50 in good condition. Which this one is.

This software worked for me. I have the trial for now. I’m going to see if I can get it free since I’m a nonprofit. But thanks guys for your help. I can fix most things but when it comes to servers it was beyond my scope this time. I’m learning something new.

When you go to select network sharing in media player it comes up with the picture, but I did setup all the other file sharing in the system and I can access it from my other computer. But my tv’s cannot access the media from the server

What should I be using. I have all my business files and other computer backups on my server too. As well with my music and movies.

My HP ProLiant 570g5 is the model. im having issues with server 2019. I have it loaded now and it’s not letting me setup network and sharing for the media. This has totally stumped me. It gives an error of the page has failed to load. to any of my fellow geniuses have any ideas for me. I want to be able to access my files from my server in my room because I’m having back surgery and I’m going to be there for the next several weeks or so.
