As title says looking for the best 1080p gaming monitor to go for without breaking the bank, my current monitor has major ghosting issues and horrible colour accuracy and am really not happy with the experience would be much looking forward too ur replys guys thanks

Hey guys as the title says I have a problem with my ryzen 3 1200 not boosting, first noticed it when I was gaming and the max it would clock to was 3.07ghz which is strange as it should boost to 3.4 if I'm not mistaken and 1 of the cores will only go to 1.5? Theres no thermal throttling or anything as running 240 aio water cooler temps are below 50 all the time and I've checked the bios etc for anything that may help but all out of options would much appreciate the replys guys if anyone can help
