I think it might be the motherboard because I have had a problem with it when it first arrived and now this.

The new one does not show up either and yes I have tried using another slot.

I have a 970 Evo m.2 ssd from samsung and its been good for about 8 months until my computer got a blue screen and i had to restart my computer a few times then it worked. 5 hours later same thing but doesnt launch windows so I go into the bios and it shows my hard drive but not my ssd so i refunded it got a new one and this still doesnt work tried the other m.2 slots also and the motherboard is msi z390 meg ace and im using my hard drive for windows and everything and im realizing how much faster a ssd is than a hard drive. does anyone know how to fix this problem?

Specs Cpu:i7 9700k Gpu:2080 ti Ram: 32gb 3600mhz motherboard: msi z390 meg ace PSU: 850 watt corsair rmx Problem is i can run most games as expected, high fps. But some games like csgo or gta run very low with lag spikes. I get around 200 in csgo when i probably should be getting around 600. Im not sure what the problem is temps are not a problem i know that. Maybe its my drivers but im not sure trying to get some support.
