Wow Thank you! That's kinda unlucky that I picked the only bad one. I will look to upgrade the PSU but one last thing, Should I be concerned about the PSU noise or is it safe for me to use it until I get the new PSU?

I live in England. Like I said I'm really new to building rigs and didn't really know what company to trust and which to don't. I've watched few videos on power supplies to figure out which one to buy, and one of the videos recommend Corsair because of their constant watt.

The Rig it self is a very low budget rig. GPU is Radeon RX570

So recently I've bought a new power supply to my first ever rig and since day one I've noticed a little crackling noise in my PC, I have managed to locate the cause and I think it's the PSU I'm very new to PC building and I'm don't know If I should be concerned or not.
