Hi anyone that might be able top help me,
last night and for some time leading up to my PC breaking i have not had any issues. this morning i go turn on my PC only for it to post to the screen that i will show in the 1st pic.
i then proceed to run the repair option only for it to fail the repair. since then i have been unable to get the PC to post at all.
i spent the rest of the day attempting to troubleshoot.
after opening the side up i could smell a very faint but distinct smell of burnt / overheated electronics at which point i decided to strip everything from the PC case down to
individual components inc removing the CPU.
I inspected all the components and wires to the best of my ability and cant find anything that looks burnt or melted, I also sniffed everything to find the cause of the smell to no avail.
at this point I have decided to put everything back together and start up.
computer starts up and dose its usual boot thing however not displaying anything on the screen.
i now have 2 diff Qcodes displaying on the mobo d7, A2 i have looked up these codes and tried to troubleshoot these but no dice. I also have 2 separate LED indicator lights on the mobo, BIOS1 and boot drive LED. however i am not sure if they were present before my issue this morning.
Hopefully i have not left out any information.
plz note that all components in this PC were part of the original build 7-8 years ago.
i feel like i would be better off building a new system however this one did everything i wanted it to do.
I appreciate any help that anyone may be able to provide.
PS. the CPU fan speed error on the pic has been there since i built the system. I regularly inspected the fans were operational and could never work out why i had this error.
