Does anyone know if the symptom I am experiencing is prone to CPU's or Motherboards? I am hoping it is the MB, but I assume it is probably the CPU based on the original error message mentioning either CPU or Memory?

Okay, so I have narrowed it down to either the CPU or Motherboard. Problem is, I dont have a spare CPU to test in my rig... I removed/unplugged all other components until it was just the bare PSU, Motherboard and CPU plugged in, but it was still stuck in the 1 second boot loop. Tried a different PSU, same thing happened. So it can only be the CPU or Motherboard... Not sure where to go from here now?

I tried that. Still no luck. When I power it on, it immediately turns off, the on, then off, then on, then off etc. etc...

Hey guys, I am relatively new at building custom PC's. I recently put together a new build (all new components) and after making sure everything is correct, I powered it on and it turned on fine for about 20secs, gave me a black screen with the message seen in the attached photo. Right after that, the PC turned off on its own. Then started powering up and turning off on its own in cycles. I have also attached an image of the list of components installed. I would greatly appreciate any advise from someone who has experienced something similar. Thanks. Wayne
