    Had the same issue: ryzen 5 3600 gigabyte b450 aorus elite Wouldnt boot up (not even to bios), red light on for cpu. after taking it to a local computer shop store, the upgraded the bios, and now the MOBO recognizes the cpu. Its truly amazing what a shit job amd and/or mobo suppliers pulled off with this one.
