  1. I apologize for my OS being in Danish, don't know if there's anything here that's wrong or not? Also I've tried disabling overlays on steam and it didn't help on the games on there
  2. My PSU is a Corsair HX1000 I have tried both DDU and Windows Reset to no benefit, as for what I haven't changed is just a couple secondary HDD and SSDs I still have plugged in (I only use these for video/audio files and stuff like that, all my games and windows itself are installed on newer SSDs) The stutters are the same the whole time, some games don't stutter and others do, I don't quite know what makes it happen. The average load is at minimum 75% and maxes out at 100% (the ram and cpu don't go higher than 40-50% most of the time that I've looked) I've done windowed, borderless and full-screen in all the game I've noticed the problem, some games get a little better in full-screen, others in windowed, so I'm used to checking all 3 options in most games I play. Whenever I enable G-sync my screen just changes brightness constantly or "flashes" I suppose, I've also not noticed any performance difference otherwise. I've tired low-latency on and off and it doesn't change anything at all. I usually have Steam overlay on but it doesn't only happen on Steam games, otherwise I've tried closing all other programs that would have an overlay. The first thing I did was probably turn on maximum performance, also tried turning it off after in case that would do anything, which it didn't, so I've turned it on again. I would prefer not to Overclock anything before I know if my PC can even run stuff properly on it's own, I'm not a huge fan of pushing my hardware extra, especially when it isn't working how I'd expect. I'll take a look at the topic and see if there's anything there that can help as well, thank you.
  3. I did both of these and it seems to have helped quite noticeable, however I still seem to have some stuttering and I even notice some pop-in in games with more open areas that need to load while in game. I just find this kinda weird because I'd assume it would then be a SSD or RAM problem, but I've tried a couple different RAM sticks and a lot of different SSDs. I've also messed around with different RAM speeds but other than 3600mhz it either doesn't change much or it goes back to how it was before.
  4. I get either bad performance or weird stuttering in games where it otherwise says I have smooth fps, I've tried setting framerate limit in RivaTuner but it only barely helps in 1 or 2 games and does nothing otherwise. I've upgraded and swapped out parts for a couple years now probably, using a lot of money to try and make this PC work but I just can't get it done, and it's at the point where I'm getting quite sad anytime I even attempt to play a game on it (this probably sounds stupid idk). I'd appreciate any help I can get with this thing, thank you for your time either way. My Specs are: GPU: RTX 3080 CPU: Ryzen 9 5900X RAM: G.Skill Ripjaws V Black DDR4 4000MHz 2x16GB Motherboard: TUF GAMING B550M-PLUS WIFI II Monitor: MSI G273QF Don't know if this is all the necessary information so if there is any need for more I will provide as much of it as possible to get help, again, thank you for your time.
  5. IT also happens a lot when i use zoom, it constantly flashes difference brightness constantly
  6. After the latest Nvidia driver update I've been having this weird flashing happening at random times, it's like the whole screen turns kinda orange or just brighter or something for like a microsecond, It's really weird and I've been searching for it all over and have never seen anybody else having this exact same problem? Maybe I'm just describing it weirdly? I just don't know how else to describe it, it happens so randomly i have a hard time capturing it when it happens. GTX 1080ti i9-9900K 3.60 GHz 16 GB RAM Z390 AORUS PRO WIFI-CF
  7. Yeah I'm thinking I might just go with a white case then, thanks a lot for the help though
  8. Also if anyone knows any alternatives that are the same color (purple) that would also be appreciated.
  9. Is it completely impossible to still get this case? I know it's not really in production anymore as far as I can tell, I just really dig the look of it and wondering if there are any places at all that might still have on available? Is this the correct place to ask about this? Thank you for your time, anybody that reads this, sorry if this is a dumb question.
  10. I have some updates if anyone cares, I reinstalled windows and it still happens, I really don't know what to do at this point, it just freezes like every second or third day and then works after a reset for another 2 or 3 or something like that. I've checked almost everything hardware related and I really can't think of waht to do at all, I'm losing my mind.
  11. Yup, I haven't tried to use another ssd for Windows since, if I do I won't lose any files from the other drives right? (Sorry that's probably a stupid question, I just got a lot of of important stuff I don't wanna lose)
  12. I had one of my ssds for a couple of years. The one with Windows on it.
  13. Just curious but could it be my ssd where Windows is installed? Because I remember it saying that there's a bad connection with the Sata cable once so I changed it but it still said it..Samsung magician says it's healthy otherwise but it might just not be able to pick up on it?
  14. I have tested 3 different PSUs and it still happened with all of them
  15. Nevermind, it just froze in the iGPU now I don't know what to do.
  16. I am right now, I'm gonna be using my iGPU for like a couple of days and if nothing happens I'm gonna expect it's my GPU, my screen also has a weird wave in the corner as if the screen is being pressed in when I run on the GTX 1080ti. So it's seeming more and more likely that's the problem
  17. Alright, I'm still thinking it might be my GPU being bad though.
  18. Here's what I was talking about by the way, it looks like it was chipped off somehow, it has this on both sides but in two different places.
  19. Yeah but it happens so rarely that I have to like keep using that for a week and I don't know about that, I suppose it's a possibility though. Also I noticed on the bottom of my graphics card on the like things you slot into the PCie slot that there's like a couple of those like golden lines or whatever they're called (don't know if you know what I mean) but a couple of those look like they've been like scraped off? Sorry if this makes no sense I can try to get a picture tomorrow since it's late.
  20. Yeah I assumed as much, it's kind of a bummer though if it's the GPU, I don't really have any others to test with the PC.
  21. The only thing I haven't upgraded since the freezing started is Graphics card and headset.
  22. Hi, I'm back once again, i fixed my pc suddenly resetting itself randomly but now I just have another problem that I've actually been having for a while, i just thought it would be fixed when I upgraded my pc but it didn't. My pc likes to randomly freeze and lose all sound, i then have to reset it with the power button before i can use it again, then it usually works for a couple days before it freezes again, I'm really not sure what could be causing this as I've been looking everywhere for a solution and I just can't find anything that helps. GTX 1080ti i9-9900K 3.60 GHz 16 GB RAM ASUS ROG Strix B360-F Gaming, S-1151
  23. My new motherboard is a ROG STRIX B360-F yeah.
  24. I wouldn't be surprised if the GPU is the problem, my pc still ocasionally freezes and has to be hard shutdown with the button, but happens way less often than the crashes that happened before, also the freezes happened even before i upgraded my motherboard and cpu and stuff. But like it works most of the time now, it just rarely freezes and that's it. Still wish I could fix that but i'm happy to at least fix the crashes, thank you for your time.
