  1. i was thinking of something like this: https://www.amazon.com/Thermaltake-Commander-Channel-Controller-AC-010-B51NAN-A1/dp/B00V80IQTS/ref=psdc_11036291_t1_B003F7B3VU just seems like a lot of them either down have pwm or just are not built very well. Most run off of molex connectors so ill have to custom build something to power it to step down from 120v
  2. Looking for suggestions on a standalone fan controller that will do PWM and temp, i have 120mm fans in a server rack that are loud and run on 120v. Want to add a controller for some cpu fans that will just run and ramp up on their own when temps get high. It would also be nice if it had a digital readout. Seems like these are harder to find now since mostly every cpu has this built in.
  3. Does anyone know if they still make these? Its hard to find in stock and it looks like it was released early 2019. Anyone running the Ryzen 5 3400g no issues?
  4. update bios first if possible, on my 570x i had to disable wifi adapter, otherwise windows would not complete the install
  5. Solved the Wifi Controller issue on TUF 570X Gaming Plus Wifi motherboard After flashing bios with newest firmware via usb. Disable wifi controller - finish install of windows, or if windows is installed, keep it disabled until you can download the drivers directly from ASUS for the wifi controller. DL -> update -> turn back on wifi controller in bios and your good.
  6. I’m having the same issue. I updateD the bios to the newest version before installing windows. Kept getting the blue screen after the initial install/ reboot. Read that WiFi controller disabled solved the issue and it did. Now even after all the updates with windows and other drivers, I still can’t enable WiFi controller. Also my 3200 8x2gb ram in bios reads as 2333, can’t seem to solve that either
  7. ah crap total Newb error, well that will be making a mess behind my case, is there a better way of doing it? Also im still unsure about the 24 pin since the cable supplied by corsair splits off on the PSU end into two plugs, and then on the mobo side the 24 pins has 1 pin missing out of the 24, where as my cable extensions 24 pin has all the pins in it on both ends. Would that cause a problem? Just want it to be nice and neat for once
  8. Can someone help me with selecting the correct sleeved cables with the PSU I have? These are the cables I ordered: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07Z4JT36Q/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 I have the Corsiar RM650: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07RFZPN8G/ref=twister_B07V6HH4PQ?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1 Im also using a ASUS TUF 570x Plus mobo and Fractal Meshify C case The 24pin sleeved cable connector wont work with the PSU, the PSU has two separate slots (as does the stock cable that comes with it) Also i noticed the cables wont lock into the PSU since they are setup differently. Can someone school me on what I need?
  9. Can anyone tell me what cooling fans to get for the case? I know the cpu and gpu have fans but i dont think the case does
  10. Looking for the "relative" best mobo for the 570x am4 mobo $200 and under? I had the Asus TUF Plus picked out but it keeps going out of stock, what other board would be next best?
  11. So the Asus TUF mobo keeps going out of stock. Is there anything thats just as good i should be looking at (sub $200)?
  12. Bear with me since I’m not well versed....if I wanted to go with a b450 mobo so save $$, what would you all recommend?. Im thinking I won’t need pci 4.0, two m.2’s or 2-10gbit usb that a 570 offers. But I’d rather have a more name brand m.2 ssd I do however want to have flashback on the b450 to be able to easily update bios for the 3900X ryzen (I think that’s possible) without having to buy a separate chip/loaner to update bios. would this be beneficial over just getting a 570 mobo?
  13. ? is that the best mobo in the 200 and under category?
