I can't get a purchase receipt because my dad received it as a gift. You think if we could somehow get in contact with the company, they could fix it?

I've been trying to find an answer on how to remove activation lock on an iPad for years. My dad got it as a retirement present from his boss, and he never tried to use it until a couple of months later, and by then he couldn't get in contact with his boss. He told me to try and fix it and I've looked and found bypasses, but not anything that actually removes it. I'm comfortable with tearing down the iPad (if that is part of the method) and I'm just looking for any help I can get. Thanks in advance.

I have a Dell Inspiron 3847 Desktop computer that was not originally meant for gaming. I recently upgraded it with a GIGABYTE GTX 1050 TI WINDFORCE OC. The performance is ok, but i'm not really getting the best performance in cpu heavy games. What would be the best cpu to match with the gtx 1050 ti and also be compatible with my pc? PC Specs: 8 GB DDR3 Memory Intel Core i3-4170 CPU @ 3.70 GHZ GTX 1050 TI GIGABYTE WINDFORCE OC 1 TB Hard Drive IDK What Motherboard I have but its the base model that comes with the Dell Inspiron 3847 450W PSU
