  2. Hello everyone, I’m in unknown lands here. Amazon with their unverified items and nobody having tried and tested cables is not helping. I have a fantastic setup on one side of room, and my 77” Samsung S90C on the other. I’d like to run an hdmi cable for couch gaming, some games play just oh so good from the couch, big tv and a console in hand. (god of war) I’ve kinda been dreaming this setup and held off on playing quite few games because of it. I need a cable that can do reliable 4k 120hz (tv can go up to 144hz) at 25’. pls guide me lords

So since this is going to be my first build I'm taking everything towards or slightly into overkill territory because of how fast tech develops and whenever you budget when you don't have to it bites you in the ass sooner than it would have if you had gone with higher components. That's why I was able to do everything I wanted the past 5 years with my current rig because it was flagship back then.
  4. I hate that these memory kits were both 200$ less back in February... I can't necessarily decide between the 32gb with lower CAS latency and timing vs 64gb with a little higher CAS latency and timing. Some friends argued that upping to 64gb ram is actually quite comfy from a 32. They said when I'm paying premium price for these tech pieces I don't wanna worry about anything to make it perform as fast as possible, I just want to be able to do whatever at will, tabs, startup programs etc. without worrying if it's going to take a toll on gaming performance or startup performance. Right now my current build has a really old patriot 1600mhz or 2400mhz 32gb ram it sucks lmaoo.   5. Thank you so much that was a lot of help. I guess 32" curved high refresh rate IPS monitors are still too expensive for the switch. This TUF monitor will be my first IPS monitor as I've been using TN pretty much my whole life.
  6. G7's are very expensive. So far ASUS TUF VG27AQ has taken the lead for me after looking through numerous monitors on the rating website. Their lead (I think, it's kinda confusing) is ASUS ROG Strix XG279Q and it's at a much better price point than that for more or less the same and I see the TUF on every one of their lists hit high notes.
  7. Hey guys, by next year I'm making a new build and I want to upgrade from my ASUS MG248Q that I bought with my initial build WAY back, it has served me well. I'll be using this as a secondary monitor. Now I'm in a bit of a pickle, through hours of browsing on interwebz amazon, watching tons of yt reviews on monitors I'm confused. Everyone is saying IPS is the holy grail while if you like gaming, viewing in a darker, dim environment there's backbleed and colors are not as vibrant > no curve > no decent 32inch price. I'm also very inbetween about getting a flat monitor and a curved monitor as a lot of people say curved is fantastic. The new ASUS TUF VG32VQ 32" and the 1B version with 165hz caught my eye. They're both very good prices but I hear a lot of people saying bad things about VA panels having terrible ghosting, ELMB adding absolutely no pro to the monitor and just overall being a bad panel type. There's also a line of IPS panels with ASUS TUF that are 27". So here goes, this will answer for me once and for all. Should I just upgrade to a 27" IPS panel, or should I upgrade to a 32" curved panel. If so, what are some monitors that will satisfy my unbearable quench for a larger, better monitor. Let's ball and say my budget is 550$. pls help

  9. Hey guys, So long story short my CAM only sees the cooler's pump. When I'm gaming GPU heavy games cpu stays chilly so case fans are on low but GPU gets toasty up to 90C when I'm OC. If I can get CAM to see the fan I can create synchronized profiles so when I'm gaming the fan curve is set for my GPU. However, I'm using a fan HUB and CAM won't see it as a mobo fan header. Tried using fans as individually connected to separate fan headers, still won't work. DC or PWM won't make a difference. Mobo is z270 a pro.
  10. Note: This is a re-post of a post I made before which had no one's attention and I'm in dire need. NZXT won't help me. Hey guys, Just wanna start off by saying I'm absolutely furious towards NZXT customer service.I bought an NZXT Kraken X63 for 150$ off of Amazon official NZXT. The CAM software won't recognize the product no matter what I tried. CAM controls for the pump and lights are basically non-existent. I literally emailed back and forth with their tech support for a whole month like an email a day which is horrendous. Because of covid 19 they have live chat AND phone calls disabled?? What the sh*t is that bruh. Long story short guy asks my msinfo and dxdiag and then tells me to plug a MOTHERBOARD USB CABLE that the pump has to the USB 2.0-3.0 BEHIND THE COMPUTER. I'm like bro you sure you working the right job>? Then he says oh you should just get it exchanged through amazon. Dude, the product is fine, I have access to everything manually through my BIOS it's just the fact that I paid extra for a better looking front panel with the bigger LED surface area and I can't make it go anything else besides white? What am I gonna do just sit for 2 weeks without using my computer as I wait for incompazon to receive and send me back a new cooler? As if that one's going to work. Obviously their software is absolute sh*tware. After that they just stopped responding to me and never responded to the new tickets I made. I can't send it back anymore because it's past it's deadline. I'm borderline about to open up a case with NZXT because of their lack of support for their customers and selling faulty products. Just help me out if you can guys I'm desperate for help.
  11. Well for one I know a lot of people have been having problems with CAM, plus there's a feature on their program that makes it so it's impossible to not auto update. The cables are connected to the usb 2.0 headers on the motherboard yes. It's a JUSB and also my front panel usb's have a different kind of header that doesn't fit on that. So I have 2 of them side by side and one of them have my wifi chip connected to it and works fine so I tried that one as well but still the same result. usb header is motherboard style.
