  1. Yesterday: When everything was plugged in including 2 RAM sticks, the CPU LED was lit up and no beeps occurred. Only the CPU LED lit up. When I removed 1 RAM stick (either one), the DRAM LED lit up and there were 3 prolonged beeps but the CPU LED was no longer lit up. Only the DRAM LED was lit up at that point. Today: Reseated CPU and also saw no bent pins. Cleared CMOS by removing battery. Currently the EZ Debug CPU LED flashes on and then off with the DRAM LED with the 3 prolonged beeps occuring after that. This happens no matter what RAM configuration I use (either stick in either of the 2 slots my motherboard has). The CPU LED no longer lights up when both RAM sticks are in. Parts: MSI b450 gaming plus motherboard, 2x4 ddr4 dual-channel patriot viper RAM, ryzen 5 2400g CPU, thermaltake 500w smart PSU. The CPU and case fans are all spinning, the cases blue led lights are working. Any clues? Thanks.
  2. Iiiiinteresting. I distinctly see the bentness in the picture but it doesn't look abnormal in real life. It almost looks like designed with a little half moon shape. It's symmetrical in real life. It's also much more slight. The legs have a bit of a symmetrical bend on both sides too. I'll take your words for it though! Just odd that it seems squeezed at the bottom in such a way. I'm very glad if it's bent cause otherwise I was going crazy.
  3. My first build. Was just aiming for a budget build. Case: Rosewill NAUTILUS ATX Mid Tower Power Supply: Thermaltake Smart 500W (ATX form factor) I've been told by several people on discord that the parts are compatible with each other. Except in this picture the red circles are my approximation for where the screws must go. The psu fan side is facing down in that picture but it's no closer to mounting if I flip the psu. The psu can't go any lower. Only the top right screw hole has any chance of being screwed, the others are simply not close. I saw one person in discord mention the possibility of an adapter bracket. Is there a bracket I can attach even if it's ATX to ATX? Do I try a different psu? I'm so confused. ?
  4. Bought all the parts for my first PC build except for a 1920x1080 (16:9) monitor which I intend to buy soon. I picked up a temporary 1680x1050 (16:10) monitor for $10 in case I haven't bought a monitor by the time my RAM ships and I assemble my PC. So when gaming I'd like to play the best 16:9 resolution which would be 1680x945? On steam can I set 1680x945 manually in TASystemSettings config? Or can I at least choose to play 'native' 16:9 and it'd just be stretched or have black bars at 1600x900? Hopefully this makes sense and is in the right topic. I'm not confident about those things. Thanks.
