My budget is about $650 to build a gaming/streaming PC and I was wondering if it would be smarter to go with an r7 590 build over an r5 2060 build, because I would be able to get 16gb vs 8gb and an extra 2 cores/4 threads. But, would going for RTX be worth it? Or would I get more overall performance from the extra 8gb of ram and a better processor?
