    I don't think so

But they are really light games

I thought you were talking about triple games or something like that

You can try to undervolt the cpu since it is pulling a higher amount of voltage then it needs (factory settings)

You can also try and overclock it a bit

What is the usage % of the cpu and ram?

    Check with Task manager

Oh, 99% when all is up.

    oh

    well

Those games can run on your microwave

What is the cpu and ram usage while both of them are open?

When Final Fantasy and Path of exile are up, I get around 67ºC

Path of Exile and Lost Ark up, the temperature is the same, but the PC almost crashes, even after closing one of those games. It's like there some Cache problem and the computer can't go back to it's normal speed...

I think that kids like you shouldn't have a pc lol

Why in the hell would you be running 2 or more games?

    Actually bro?

Just get a 13900K and 4090TI so you can play fortnite with gta v and cyberpunk in the background

    Come on bruh

    You tripping HARDDD right now

I never thought that it'd be this bad to have more than a game opened.

Isn't it normal for people to have more than a game up while using the pc? Like MMOs, card games, etc?

I thought that it was more common than it looks, my bad.

You might also want to get 32gb of ram as well as the way you use your computer really makes 16gb of ram cutting it close. 16gb of ram is fine if you only do one thing at a time but when you have alot of stuff open at once the ram usage can get to 16gb fairly fast. I know because I have run into a similar issue.

Yes, I plan to upgrade to 32gb and get a new PSU, mine's a corsair 700w.

  5. Guys, I almost bought a ryzen 7 5800x3d, but I ended up upgrading from a 3070 to a 4070ti...

I know that my current CPU doesnt stand a chance with a 4070ti (Ryzen 5 3600x) and I plan to play in 2k, upscaling it with my Asus vg248qe144hz monitor, which's a 1080p monitor.

I want to upgrade my monitor later, but right now my focus is the CPU and Mobo.

What combo do you guys recommend? I don't want to do hardcore overlock, but I want to get the maximum performance of my 4070ti without going bankrupt with mobo+cpu...

    My Current setup is:

    Ryzen 5 3600x

    16GB DDR 4 3200mhz

    Asus B450m Prime Gaming

    480GB SSD XPG 3500mb/s

    Corsair 700W PSU

    Windows 11

3080/3080 Ti will probably do the job then, at launch a 2080 Ti would run Cyberpunk all ultra at 1080p60, with the additional work since launch, DLSS, and the 3080/Ti being a good chunk faster (the 3070 recommended above is about the same speed as a 2080 Ti), it should handle 1440p. Otherwise look for a 3090/3090 Ti on sale, I think some have dipped as low as $850 or so.

Not familiar with Spider-Man, I would assume it's a lighter implementation of RTX same as most other games. Metro Exodus Last Light Enhanced Edition runs incredibly and it's fully RTX though (the entire lighting engine is RT, you can't even run it without an AMD 6000 series or Nvidia 20 series or newer) so not sure why Cyberpunk chokes so hard once RT is enabled. Control is also a very hefty implementation of RTX, you need DLSS in that as well to get decent framerates (at least in my spot of poking around with it, using an RTX 2060 Super at 2560x1080).

Would be a good idea to wait for RTX 4070ti, instead of getting a 3090?

I'd argue that there isn't really a "best" alternative. It depends on what you want to use it for and how much storage you need.

Since you wrote "some important files and backups" I assume we're not talking about needing massive amounts of storage.

If you need 100GB of online storage then it will be hard to beat Google Drive since it's 2 dollars a month. If you need more storage then I think Microsoft 365 becomes very appealing because you not only get 1TB of storage for 70 dollars a year (or 6TB for 100 dollars a year), but you also get access to the Office suite.

Backblaze is good if you want to use it for backups and backups only. In other words, Backblaze is not a place to upload files to and store, since it will only really store files you got on your PC, unlike Google Drive where you can upload files and then delete them from your PC.

It's 7 dollars a month for unlimited storage (as long as you keep all files on your PC), although I've heard that doing a restore is a pain in the ass and you're better off just asking them to ship you a hard drive with the data on for like 100 dollars.

Yeah, 2TB would be more than enough. I want to be able to upload my whole PC files if I need to, like a ghost image of my SSD.

I was looking for some choices with good encryption, because right now, my whole life is a mess, in terms of security, lmao.

Is your RAM on DOCP/XMP enabled?

500GB SSD is a bit small, is it full now? Like more than 80% filled?

3600x is weak, but shouldn't affect system operation, is the usage at 100% or close to 100% while gaming and tabbing out to browser?

Hmm xmp I think. Only windows, cyberpunk and lost ark installed right now. 99% cpu usage, gpu around 89%.

Playing in 1080p/2k i get like 15 less fps in 2k.

  9. Guys, in your opinion, what would be the best upgrade possible in AM4, keeping the same motherboard (Asus b450m)?

Also, performance wise in games and stream/multiple tabs, which am4 will give the best noticiable boost? (1080p/2k gaming).

Is 16gb of ram good enough, or should it be upgraded to 32gb?

Would you rather recommend a full upgrade, buying everything new?

I notice a lot of hiccups moving the mouse between game and browser windows, but I can't say if this is a memory thing or lack of processing power... Is there any tool that can check that?
