Its already a fresh new windows 10

Hello everyone, so 2 days ago i bough the XPG SX8200 Pro ssd m.2, i did a fresh windows install on it and formated the other disks as usually. but sometimes it randomly gives me blueescreen saying "SYSTEM_THREAD_EXPEDITION_NOT_HANDLED" wich is the Stop Code for the bluescreen and what failed is stornvme.sys. My pc specs are: MOBO: Gigabyte Aorus x470 Ultra gaming M.2: XPG SX8200 pro 256gb GPU: GTX 1050TI 4gb (no overclock) CPU: Ryzen 5 2600x (no overclock) RAM: Trident Z royal silver edition 32gb CPU cooler: Coolermaster Gm100 HDD: 1000gb HDD toshiba On the motherboard there is 2 slots for M.2 drives, i installed mine on the first slot witch is under the gpu. Hope someone can help me
