Small question I always leave the Fiio K7 on full blast and I adjust the sound on Windows I find that it is more precise than on the desktop or for playing I always have the Windows volume at 8. Indeed, the driverless solution will remain the best but I'm afraid I won't find the sound quality I have with my AE-5. I like the surround effect and sounds with lots of bass. I can't understand how with a DAC or amp you can adjust your EQ, for example I can't find any tutorial on the internet showing this. Same, I never found an AE-5 VS DAC/AMP comparison for example. The advantage of products like the SoundBlaster is all in one. You plug in you have a driver/EQ/Surround everything. The problem is that when it crashes it's ruined. Creative has a big reputation for having bad drivers.
