All brand new. not really fresh install but a reset of all SSDs to blank. so I reinstalled windows but it wont boot... if I manually choose the drive windows will work fine but on boot it goes straight to the bios screen!

I cannot get my windows to boot from my SSD and I am at my wits end with it! I have tried everything I know to do and nothing is working. Is it a BIOS issue or a SSD issue? Please help!
