That Intel Virtualization Tech option was disabled on my BIOS, I enabled it saved it restarted my PC and its still the same. I am checking that msconfig and core amount I am unchecking it, but when I restart the System its auto enabling itself.

Maybe it's about the outdated BIOS?

I have 4C and 8T's but this cinebench took it as 2C/4T and gave me really bad score which is 252.

Just checked via crystaldisk, it says fine to my HDD.

I tried with superposition benchmark on 4K VRAM's are working perfectly fine.

Takes me hours to save this file, so I'll give you the types, "DistributedCOM, Kernel-PnP, DeviceSetupManager" mostly these ones. This FPS thing is just bugging me really hard. God look at these FPS and mine are very very bad. But our system with these guy is nearly same. Our Gpu and CPU are the same why the hack I am having less FPS than him. I tried one more benchmark with MSI Kombustor, selected 5200MB RAM but it only uses a little part of it? Maybe it is the cause of this problem?

Should I consider BIOS updating as a big matter now?

I already looked for my GPU+CPU combination benchmarks. They take at least 40+ more FPS Than me with ULTRA.(I am playing every game in very low)

I already know that but I absolutely have to have much more FPS even with this system. Bro I am talking about BF3 very low settings here...

My PC Specs; 8 GB RAM Kingston 1600MHz DDR3. RX570 ROG STRIX. i7 3770. Cooler Master Mwe 550W PSU 2TB HDD. ASUS-P8Z77VLX motherboard. I was using this system with GT 640 and a bad PSU(which is 350W). Then I replaced GPU first, but I couldn't feel almost no difference. I thought maybe PSU was the cause of this problem. Then I replaced that too. But nothing changed. I just wanted to play recent games on low, even BF3 with medium settings 60+ FPS. But no BF3 very low settings gave me 40-80 on Caspian Border(Which is a big map). HitmanTM with 40 FPS on medium. BF5 online with 20-30FPS. I looked for the benchmark with my GPU+CPU combination, they can easily play APEX Legends, BF5 and much more games like these. Please help me, in my country these are not easy and cheap things to buy. Please try to help me, I will appreciate it. (My motherboards BIOS version is not the latest one, not the latest but ok. I will try to update it tomorrow, but I don't think it's going to help.) I haven't seen that this GPU had more than 100W TDP ingame. I will try to answer any question you will ask.
