  1. i plan on buying new thermal paste and i would like to know whether the CoolerMaster MasteGel maker with 11W/m.k thermal conductivity last for at least 6months?
  2. Will The CoolerMaster MasteGel maker with 11W/m.k thermal conductivity last for at least 6months?
  3. I am planning to replace my thermal paste on my cpu (AMD ryzen 5 1600) that came with the cooler and the only other thermal compound i have is unick silicone heat transfer compound and i would like to know if it is trusted and will last long
  4. @Spotty i have a Seagate barracuda 1tb in the same chasis, and it runs at a a max temp of 40 °C while downloading but at idle it runs at 32 °C , so the environment is not a factor either
  5. so would my best choice to resolve this be to RMA? yes that part is where i feel the most heat i checked again now and the cable was cool but the ssd was hot, so it is the ssd
  6. I run my o.s(Windows 10) on the SSD, would that be a factor?
  7. its the psu's cable that i suspect is the problem not the SATA data cable
  8. I have a Thermaltake tr2 500w and a ADATA su750 500GB(both are brand new), and it has been running at 57 °C since i got it and recently it spiked up to 63 °C , HD Sentinel says its health is at 87% but every other s.m.a.r.t util i use says its at 100%. When i feel the SSD most of the heat is where the SATA Power cable is plugged in. So is it possible for the SATA power cable to be causing the high temperature and would using a SATA power cable extender resolve this problem. i do plan on a RMA as soon as my m.2 is delivered. But i would like to know if there is other ways to resolve this before i go to that messure. Please and thank you
  9. i am already using CrystalDiskInfo which syays its health is 100% and hard disk sentinel says 89%, so will look into others Thats good to know about an o.s, i just assumed it was like that
  10. reading through that article ,wouldn't it make sense for it to be at that temp since a o.s is constantly reading and writing, though the 89% of health is still concerning and i will look into that
  11. ok, thank you, before i go to that measure do you suggest any other methods?
