i have the same core clock with u "+150 mhz" how did u reach +1000 mhz mem clock? i cant even pass +250 mhz i increased the voltage, but it didnt change anything

i want to know about overclocking, not for gaming, but yes i use gpu for gaming, but it's not the main point why i want to oc my gpu -so, i have asus cerberus gtx 1050 ti oc edition 1.how long i need to stress test with furmark tool? 20 minutes? 30 minutes? 2.can i stress test it on the background and i watch videos or read article or do something to wait it? i mean, does it still work on the background? (i cant wait it, i need to do something) -it seems, core voltage doesnt change anything (it still crash even at 100 %) 3.why do people can pass 1000 mhz memory clock with 100% power limit and without pin connector? yes the have the difference brands, but i cant even pass + 250 mhz memory clock? but it is written "oc edition" but why?
