Hello Everyone ! My father wants a new pc for his place since his old laptop died and he can't play the games he likes anymore ! Need your help Please I. Budget & Location Currency is Euro (€). Max to spend is 1500€ (Ofc the cheaper the better with the best ratio Money-Spend/Performance Location : Belgium ! But I can order from Belgium, Germany, France, Netherlands, Spain, UK, Italy and even the whole EU but it appear to be cheaper in Netherlands/Germany II . Aim This build will be used mainly for gaming (He plays World of Tanks and stuff like that) and since I'm also willing to use the PC I play pretty much everything (Not a lot of AAA tho) Beside that a little bit of browsing but no editing, and stuff like that. III. Monitors He only has a shitty useless old laptop right now. So I need a new monitor. Only one in 27' was my main idea but i'm open to suggestions. For the frequency / resolution .. Well of course i'd rather play in 144 Hz /1440p but for budget reason is suppose it's not that simple ! 144 Hz seems the minimum at the moment so let's go with that ! IV. Peripherals None V. Why are you upgrading? He only has a shitty useless old laptop right now. He can't play anything since the graphic card is fried and the rest is useless and super bad. Hello everyone ! So I have issues with my current GTX 970 from Zotac. The fans are superloud, one of them even fell, they are not cooling anything anymore the GPU is going extreme temperatures. Inshort , I need either a New GPU or a New cooler ! But let's forget about a New GPU since i'm waiting for the 3000 séries ! After searching a bit the Arctic accelero twin turbo III .! Do you guys have any other cooler that I could take for "cheap" Or any feedback on this one ? Not easy to mount as I read but it will be ok I Guess Thanks for Reading and for all the help !

Well i openned my case and in fact. on of the 2 fan fell off... Gonna try to pull out the GPU and fix it. It's hold by screws so i don't know how i ll do it. Do you think bit of glue or something like that will hold it ? (Not putting to much or it ll become useless tho)

Is that easy to replace fan on a GPU ? If yes, do you have any to recommendation for a Zotac GTX 970 ? Yep that noise couldnt be normal haha

First test : Windowed (1920x1071) Preset : Custom Quality : Medium DX11 Max temp is 93°C ! I might have a cooling problem My guess is in extreme it pass over 105 and goes off to prevent damages. Should i try to run in extreme again ?

Ok so i ran the test in High i got result and it went "well" But after that i tried to put it in extreme and BOUM. Both screen shut down, no signal again ! So, my GPU is dead ? or not cool enough
