Help please

Hello. I have aoc g2460p. Whrn i start my computer there is a black screen but windows is loaded. If i disconnect the dp in the monitor and shut it off i get a post for a few restart but then i need to do it again. What can it be? Pc spec Cpu ryzen 3600x Ram 16g 3200 tridentz Mobo msi b450 gaming plus max Gpu: 1070 Psu: antec 650w bronze

Hello. I upgraded to ryzen 3600x with msi b450 gaming plus max mobo. I have a gtx 1070 8x2g trident z 3200 ddr4 Samsung 850 Antec 650 bronze power supply I have updated the bios but now i dont het any post unless i take out the bios battery and after some time it will work. I tried to use one stick of rame boot with only the cpu and mobo bit still sometimes no luck unless i take out the battery. My What can I do to make it work?
