I am using b450 tomahawk max with latest bios everything default. I get same readings on ryzen master. I use ryzen balanced power plan. those 2 cores are slow duds it looks like

So my cinebench scores around 4650 stock on Cb20 and I did some more testing and 2 of my cores don't go above 4.3ghz and only 1 hit the advertisement speed once while the others only go to 4.350ghz. now should I exchange my 3700x for a chance to get a better one or does this look normal as far as a 3700x goes?
