Still crashing/freezing

Installing newest one now

Brand new build. I9 9900k Rtx2080 ti 11g Z390 aorus master motherboard 64g of corsair vengeance 3000mhz 850w power supply, I have replaced power supply and the mother board, put in ram sticks I know works, and have ran pc with out graphics card and it still runs for about 1 min then crashes or restarts and the motherboard gives me the code D2 (pch initialization error)

Still the same

Ran it and ram isn't the problem

Ram is not the issue took the ones out of my old computer and still doing the same and the 7 hour test was not fun

How do I run test if I can't even install windows in time

Z390 aorus master, I9 9900k, Aorus Rtx 2080 ti Waterforce 64Gb of corsair vengeance lpx ddr4 3000mhz So I start to build a new computer after about 3 years because my old one is getting out of date. I buy all the parts and I put it all together then I start first boot then it just boot loops I get ready to install windows and before anything gets started or just sitting not doing a thing it stays on for about 2 to 3 mins then it restarts and I'm back at square one iv replaced the power supply and the mother board
