Hello there! So I'm having a little bit of a problem. My father wants to digitalize the dvd footage of my babyself, so it is more protable and easier to acces. The problem is, that I know nothing about dvds. The first problem is that if we open it pc, it shows a lot of files, not just video files. We need all of that? The second one is that the files are in .vob, which I doesn't even know what is. The third and last problem is that the video is made up from little footages, like there is 6-7 files if I remember correctly. My question to the more experienced people around here is that how can we make this whole stuff into one, kinda good mp4 files? Are there any good (most likely free) softwares for it? I would really apreciate the help, my father would be very happy!

Hello guys! My girlfriend's laptop did something very strange this morning. When she turned it on, only a Microsoft Office showed up, and not in a regular way. It looks like something when you install win 10, but with office. She can't do anything and she has to study. Restarts doesn't solve anything, and I'm far away to identify the problem. I attached some pictures of it, i know it is bad quallity but this is the best she could send me. Please consider that she is not the best with computers. I would really need your help, I woudl appreciate it very much!

XMG after configuring with just plus storage came out more expensive than the G14 xd Mostly because our currency is very weak, so it is not a good deal to buy something from abroad and again, they didn't sell that directly in Hungary Although my friend had found one, that's looking good. ASUS X571GT, what do you think about that?

They doesn't sell those here for unknown reason. Or just not yet, but I couldn't find it.

Well I'm from Hungary so my upper limit is around 500 000 Ft, which is around 1700 usd. But we are not typically rich so looking for the bang for buck deal.

Hello guys! As you can read it in the title i want to buy a laptop for myself, mostly gaming and taking notes in university. So mostly i looking for a portable, but powerful machine (obviously I don't want to use it for heavy workload while on the go). I am going to learn electrical engineering, so I will mostly use it for programming. In terms of gaming I play Paradox games (mostly eu4 and hoi4), which needs a lot of cpu power and I really want to play Cyberpunk when it comes out. I was thinking about the ASUS ROG Zephyrus G14 (GA401lU, the one with Ryzen 7, GTX 1660 Ti, 1000 GB storage and 16GB of ram), buut it's kinda expensive. So if you have any suggestions for me, or even any tips about what to watch for, please share with me, I would be really glad. Do you think the G14 is too overkill for my purposes? I'm looking forward for you responses! DjMaster

Well, to be honest i was thinking about that, but i didn't know that so much thing will be released till that. Then i guess, i will ask this one again in July.

Hello guys! I'm going to university this autumn and I'm looking for a laptop, both for taking notes and playing some games. Mostly i want to play Cyberpunk and some EU4. So I need something quite powerful, but with a good battery life, so i can take it to the campus. We are not typically wealthy, so i'm looking for something mid range, best bank for your buck deal. If anyone can help me out with a good recommendation I would be really glad.

Hello everyone! I'm really desperate, because of our new router. So we got an older type (2016ish) D'link AS 1200 router and we thought we will expand our home network. We had a Huawei modem which our ISP sent us and set up. It has 4 slots, 1 was going to my pc and 3 to our set-top boxes, so we pulled out one of the set-up box's Ethernet cable and plugged in the Ethernet cable which came with the new router. I did the the set up via Firefox, a setup wizard help em through it. I taught everything is done and I can have a little rest now, but my father told me, that the TV (an LG smart TV) can't connect to the internet via Ethernet cable, it said something about DNS error. I Googled a bit and tried to set the TV's DNS default to 8.8.8.8. Maybe this is not even the correct solution, so if you can help me with this one I would be glad too. After all this came the worst realization, our connection was really bad. It was weak, but sometimes doesn't even worked. For example my father couldn't even connect to neither of the WiFi (because this router has a 2,4 GHz and a 5 GHz network) with his phone. I tried to find solution online, but no success. I way messing around with it for 3 hours, but I'm tired now and frustrated. Please someone help me, I'm really annoyed at the fact that I can't solve this problem.
