I tried resetting again, however nothing has changed I just wanted to add that might help that i use an older video driver from 2016 as it helps with fps in my games

I will do that now, but to answer your question, the reason i reset the CMOS, was because i couldnt acces my bios in the first place, now that i have reset my bios, and it wants to complete set up it wont display after pressing F1

I unplugged everything but the GPU CPU RAM and PSU and it still didnt change thanks for the help

After resetting the bios with the battery, I have booted to the “American trends” boot screen and it prompts me to press F1 for setup, after I do the screen goes black and nothing happens. I have tried using a vga cable direct to motherboard graphics and nothing. Ive tried all possible display outputs and re plugged the CPU fan cable. Since installing the application i have been unable to check any info about my cpu and im unsure if this is normal, let alone safe to use in this state.. Can anyone help? Thanks

I have just tried that, and i get only 50% usage in cpu and 40% usage in Gpu

I have anti aliasing off, and the rest of overwatch's settings are at the lowest. however i am unsure about power settings in controll center

I have all settings on low, and render scale at 75% ?

i have compared my peformance to other benchmarking sites with the same hardware, suggesting that i should be able to run Overwatch at 200+~ fps however I often run below 110fps, and i am unsure why. i have tried unparking my cpu, and killing all background tasks, using debloat windows, reinstalling windows, installing Overwatch again on both SSD and HDD. i would much appreaciate your oppinion on this, as its been driving me crazy! Thanks!
