  1. Hello! I realised that HDMI audio is only available through one of the HMDI ports of my Radeon RX 580. Is this normal? Should I worry about it? I use the 3.5mm jack of my monitor for my headphones since I can't access the front panel audio ports. Screenshots: https://imgur.com/a/Sv9WHko Thanks in advance! GP P.s. I already posted this question in the "Troubleshooting" category. I hope this isn't against the rules.
  2. This is what I see if I plug the HDMI cable into the first port (no HDMI audio). ("Nicht angeschlossen" means "not connected" in German.) When I plug it into the second port (HDMI audio is available) HDMI audio appears in the list.
  3. I'm aware of that, but I only have one HDMI cable plugged into my PC. When I plug the cable into the first port I am not able to select HDMI audio, if I plug it into the second one it shows up in Windows.
  4. I have a PHILIPS 223V5LHSB/00. As I said when I plug the HDMI cable into the second HDMI port of the RX 580 I can choose HDMI audio in Windows. If I plug it into the first port the option disappears.

  6. Looks like the green jack isn't properly attached to the PCB anymore, while the pink one is rock solid. Unfortunately I don't know how to solder and the audio jack on the rear IO is alredy occupied by my speakers.
  7. Hi! Somehow I managed to breake one of the audio jacks on my PC case. I searched for a replacement front panel online but the arrangements of the ports [pic] don't match the one on the "Sharkoon S1000 Window" [pic]. Any ideas on how I can fix it or another way I can use my headset on my computer? (Sorry for my mediocre English skills, I'm not a native speaker. ^^)
