I recently installed a new crucial p1 one terabyte M.2 NVME drive in my PC. The memory controller of the NVME, Silicon Motion SM2263XT is hitting 86 Degree Celsius under load. thus i decided to install a heat sink on my NVME, But the SSD has a sticker pasted on the memory controller chip, and that sticker says "Warrant Void if removed". so do i have to remove the sticker in order to install the heat sink ? i have read somewhere that these stickers are thermally conductive. can anybody please confirm that. English is not my first language, so pardon me if you face any difficulty understanding my problem.
