Hello !
I'm having trouble finding the cause of a friend's PC. The issues arent' always present and the issue itself isn't always the same (list bellow). The PC is a pre-build from 2015. The PSU seem to be from an unknown brand and potenticialy of poor quality. The ram may also be from some unknown brand. (Full spec bellow while in a video game)
- Frame drop in video games.
- The audio sometimes Audio glitch and get louder and louder.
- The screen turn black or freeze on one frame while the audio still plays.
- On reboot : visual Glitch / the screen is warping before the logo show up on reboot.
- After updates issues can become worse (?)
- Taping side of the PC 50/50 make it work again or make it worse.
- Removing / replugging ram solve the issue for some time, but then it goes back to intensifying over time.
- Sometimes after a crash, the PC will refuse to start again. After waiting 10-30 minutes, it can boot again.
What seems to be okey / test done :
- No BSOD.
- Temps and CPU usage are normals.
- Unplugging / replugging everything (including GPU) didn't solve the issue.
- Drivers are up to date.
- Windows have been repaired / checked.
- I couldn't find much in the event viewer.
I have a few guess of what could cause those issues, but i'm not sure so i'd like to ask for your inputs. Thank you !
