Software to find duplicate file in your hard drive?

For Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premiere Pro, How noticeable the performance will be if I upgrade from a 3900X to 5950X. not really playing game anymore because of work. Was going to upgrade to a new 13700K with DDR5 but the intel next gen new socket thing kind of stopped me. using Asus X570 Dark Hero 64GB 16Gb x 4 3600DDR4 EVGA 3090Ti FTW3 Ultra Corsair AX 1200i Thanks!!

My rig now 3900X with Asus X570 Dark Hero (64GB DDR4 3600) with EVGA 3090 actually doing more work now (Adobe Photoshop and adobe premiere pro ) than gaming and thinking about switching to intel 13700K with MAG Z790 TOMAHAWK WIFI and some DDR5 6000 keeping my GPU Any input if that will worth it to get more performance out of the Adobe software
