any idea how I would beable to run it through the other GPU? I have a thunderbolt 4 adn that pretty much it I think would that do the trick for 1080p 144hz?

No luck with the monitor drivers and can't set refresh rate in nvidia control panel on a laptop I don't think

Hi, I have a MSI G24C6P 24" monitor that advertises to display 144hz on hdmi. This is paired with a MSI stealth 15m laptop with a rtx 3060 Max-q. For the life of me I can't figure out whats wrong I have been through all the windows and monitor settings and can't seem to turn it up past 120hz. Im pretty sure that I have a HDMI 2.0 port and im using the cable that came with the monitor. Please help, somebody any body XD

I have checked the temps and load with HWMonitor. It sits around 38 degrees celcius on the cpu (100F) Even with this the laptop is still slow im not sure why

No like the laptop is stone cold but its being bottle necked by something. To the point where the fan just stopped spinning cause the laptop dident need it

I have a Acer Nitro 5 Spin and one of the cpu fans was really noisy and grindy, i thi k this was because of the motor in the fan. Since there is two fans I snipped the broken one off because it was so bad it was vibrating my desk, but now the laptop is really really slow in windows for some reason. I booted into fedora and that works fine. Im not sure if its a setting in windows I need to change or what. (Note I am in windows 11 dev build latest update)
