  1. Yeah, that's what I was thinking of, maybe AMD will be a better choice. I can't remember where I've seen it, but I saw a video comparison of x16/x16 vs x8/x8 and I noticed a lot of stuttering while running x8 mode, that's why I though maybe going HEDT would be a better option. Thanks a lot. I just saw on AMD site 3960x, I though I saw the 3950x but couldn't find it on site, that's why I meant 3960x. I would go with HEDT because of the prices. The 9900x costs about $20 less than a 10900x, so maybe it will be better. I still don't know about SLI, I will wait for the next gen and see what I will do about it, but from what you told me, SLI is not that great. Strangely though, I saw a lot of videos with some scaling, about 50% more. Where some other videos showed that it isn't worth it. Thanks man, really appreciate it.
  2. Well, it's something that I've been planning for a long time. Maybe the next Nvidia GPU's won't need it...? Well, I think it's fair enough. I should wait for reviews and the new Nvidia GPU's. Thanks
  3. Hey guys. So, since my cousin told me that she will go to the USA, I could ask her to bring a nice CPU and MOBO for me. The country where I live are way expensive. But I don't know which one to get, since I'm not thinking of spending that much since I just use my PC for gaming only. Cons of AMD: - Higher core count - PCI-E 4.0 (main reason for going AMD) Cons of Intel: - Better single core performance - Better for gaming Here's what I'm planning for the future: - I'm planning in using SLI, that's why I'm thinking of these CPU's, and not the Ryzen 9 or 9900k. After a long search, I found that running SLI x16/x16 is way better, not only for higher FPS, but for stuttering and tearing. - Since I probably will spend a lot in CPU and MOBO, I plan that they will last for at least a few years. - About the GPU's, I will wait for RTX 3000 (maybe?) series, since RTX 2080S and 2080ti are way expensive. Can you guys help me or give some tips? Thanks and of couse, sorry for my English. TL,DR: A good CPU for SLI, while considering PCI-E 4.0 for future proofing and x16/x16 mode.
