Thanks for the reply's. As far as performance is there a significant difference between the two? Is one better suited for certain applications vs the other. I need to buy a laptop to run Arc GIS Pro. I want to buy a Lenovo but they only offer the nivida quadro T series.

What is the difference between the NIVIDA Quadro P1000, P2000 and NIVIDA Quadro T1000, T2000?

I am going back to school for GIS and am looking to buy a new laptop to run ArcGIS Pro. I have been looking at the thinkpad P53 which offers quadro T1000 and T2000 4GB. The next step up is the quadro RTX 3000 6GB all the way to quadro RTX 5000 16GB. What is the difference between the P1000 and P2000 (offered by Dell) and the T1000 and T2000? Also, is the step up to the RTX 3000 worth it for running a program like ArcGIS Pro? Any further advice or recommendations would be greatly appreciated. REPLY
