My PC build hadn't been able to get to Windows for about 4 months now. It started when I was in File Explorer one day after playing GTA V and my computer just froze out of nowhere. I didn't think much of it because the GPU I bought would overheat and crash my system, and I was planning to get some case fans so that wouldn't happen. When I turned it off and back on, I got to the motherboard splash screen with the spinning Windows circle and it froze before it even did a full rotation. I tried a bunch of different things, like taking my 2 drives out and booting from a USB, underclocking my RAM, clearing the CMOS, using DisplayPort instead of HDMI, and booting to Linux instead of Windows; all resulting in the same thing. So, I made a forum post on here a few days after, and they said it could be a power supply or motherboard issue. I replaced the power supply first, then the motherboard a couple months after... you guessed it, same thing happened. Everybody I talked to said it might be the GPU, but I don't know anybody with a spare. Then, I thought it could be the CPU, but I don't know anybody with an AMD chip, they all have Intel. I'm also not in a position where I can go out and drop hundreds more dollars on new parts. I attached the specs and a video of what it does when I turn it on. Any advice would be appreciated.
