  1. So Elgato Support got back to me and said there is a Code 43 error. Anyone know how to resolve this?
  2. Greetings, I recent purchased an Elgato HD60 S and have been trying to use it with my PS4 console and my Dell Inspiron 7559 Laptop. I constantly get errors and I am at my wits end. I’m not too computer savvy so I could really use some help. Laptop specs: Windows 10 Home 64-bit Intel Core i7-6700 HQ @ 2.60Hz 8GB Ram 1 TB SSD NVIDIA GeForce 960M Graphics Card USB 3.0 Using a 48” Sony Bravia 1080p LCD TV and a Standard 500GB Playstation 4 (not Pro). The issue I am having is when I go to use the elgato I get errors on the laptop. Sometimes it says Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed), sometimes it says the device is not connected to a USB 3.0 and sometimes the error is that the device would perform better if it was connected to USB 3.0. Which is strange since all 3 ports are 3.0. I’ve contacted Elgato Support and they’ve had me do everything from uninstalling/reinstalling their Game Capture software and drivers to making sure all of my NVIDIA drivers are up to date as well as USB drivers and such. Even suggested I swap out HDMI cables to rule out a connection issue. Still getting the errors. I also tried using the device in OBS software and those results were the same. I am starting to believe either the Elgato is defective or there is a driver issue somewhere (most likely the latter). I’m not sure if this is the kind of thing anyone here could help out with but as I stated, I am at my wits end. I’m looking for any help I can find to fix this issue. I’ve seen Linus on YouTube many times (I am subbed) and I know he mostly works with the PC Master Race but occasionally he covers consoles. So here I am. Thanks in advance.
