I recently switched to a 32:9 Monitor which is mostly used for work. However when I game I would like to do so in 16:9 Format. So I changed the Settings ingame to 16:9 Windowed Fullscreen, which works perfect. Only thing is that at the bottom of the Screen the Windows 11 Taskbar is showing all the time and blocking the bottom side of the game. Is there any way how I can quickly disable / hide the taskbar and then show it again after gaming without much hassle? The normal options for hiding the taskbar in windows 11 settings doesnt work as it still shows. Is there any other options for me? I added a picture to show how it looks ingame. I have a 1Gbit Connection and yesterday and for the last few years I never ever had a problem. Now today I turn on my computer and my Internet speed and latency is very slow. I did a speed test and i get from 0.5mbit to max 10mbit with a latency of 100 to 800 to the local speed test server(also tried with other servers). I checked with my laptop which is connected via wifi and that got the full speed just my desktop pc was slow. I then checked if it was the ethernet cable and changed that to a new one that which also didnt change anything. Next I tried it without the switch inbetween which also did nothing. In my Access Point Settings everything seems to be fine aswell. I restarted my pc and also access point which also did nothing. I reset my ethernet adapter which also did nothing. I have no idea how to fix this since I cannot find the problem. Nothing changed since yesterday when it was working fine. I turned off the computer went to bed and the next morning it just appeared without me having anything changed. Anyone know where and how I might fix this problem?

ryzen 9 5900x gtx 1080 asus strix b550f 32gb gskill tridentz corsair cp-9020091 650watt the 2 other monitors connected are working just fine. but havent tried it with another pc. only have a macbook as an alternative

My Monitor which is 1 Year old has started to go black for like 1 seconds every 2min or so while gaming. Sometimes more often sometimes less often. The Monitor is the Alienware AW2520HF. I have changed the Display Port Cable, updated GPU Drivers ands Windows Drivers. Still the same. I have 2 other Monitors and those are fine. This only happens while gaming and more often when its loading something ingame or switching from mission to menu or something. My GPu temp etc is also fine. Anyone know what the reason for this could be?

Ye I bought the PC 4 years ago with a 1080 and a 7700k and now I really need to get a new CPu which will be the 5900x. Then when the 3080 will be available again I will get that aswell. Seems like a good combo to me

I am getting a 5900x soon and wasnt sure if I should get a 450 or 550 Mainboard with my current specs. I looked at some Benchmarks about the difference between PCIe 3 and 4 and thought it is almost no difference. As the price of 550 is almost double as 450 and If I upgrade my CPU again in liek 2 years or so I would need to get a new mainboard anyway cause of AM5. Would you guys recommend me 450 or 550 as I currently dont really see any benifitial point for me to pay almost double for a 550. (I would most likely get the Asus Strix B (4 or 5) 50-F Version)

I have been checking every day since release how much the 5900x costs and it is still around 150 more than the MRRP. When do you guys think the 5900x will be available to purchase for the MRRP so that I can buy it.

I just bought Minecraft and went on different Servers and everytime I want to type it says Cannot send Chat Message, Under Settings Chat is set to Shown. How do I fix this?

Just found out why. It was that high because I was on the Start Screen of spotify where there is like a constant animated video at the top which made spotify run at 20%. Still a bit high for an animation. But when I am on a playlist it is between 0-4% mostly which is fine I guess. But thanks for the help and have a nice day

I am using the 7700k and when Spotify is open it uses about 13-25% of usage of the cpu. The usage is the same when music is playing and when music isnt playing. Isnt this waaaaay to high of a cpu usage for a music player? And can I lower this? Many thanks in advance!

I wanted to install all the latest Windows Updates as I usually do once a month. This time there was a voluntary Update which I also installed to have everything up to date. This Update took waaaaay longer and the computer had to restart several times. After it finally finished and I wanted to login and got an error with something like "cannot read user settings" (sadly didnt screenshot the exact message). So I restarted the Computer again manually and when logging in this time the wallpaper and icons were already reset and after further inspection my whole User Account got completely reset. I checked which the resent update was. Name: Functionsupdate for Windows 10, Version 2004. I was almost thinking of completely formatting my pc and reinstalling windows incase anything else got damaged. Any recommendations?

I am thinking of buying the new RTX 3080 which costs 700 USD. I usually buy the Asus Strix Versions. Can I expect the Custom Strix version to cost more or less than the Founders Edition?

I am trying to make a 3D Text and then changing the Material to make it look nicer but as soon as I click on the new Material the whole Project turns completely white. When I add an effect to a clip and select the Intensity of the Effect it applies the effect as it should to the clip. However when I want to use Keyframes and doesnt work anymore. So for example I add a Keyframe and put the Intensity of the Effect to 0% and a couple of frames later I add another keyframe and put the intensity of the effect to 25%. However the effects intensity will still be 0% all the time eventhough it should be 25% at the selected point. I checked if I had other unwanted keyframes which was not the case. This happens with all the clips I have and I tried multiple different effects and its always the same. Never had this problem before.

just saw your msg in the brackets now and all good. i would like to find out why that is happening aswell but I found out that a lot of other people had trouble with that aswell. seems like premiere pro just doesnt like time remapping reversed clips

no i want the start of a reversed clip to run at 850% speed for a transition (250% was just an example, maybe should jhave just written 850) problem was that when I changed it the clip duration got longer instead of shorter which made no sense to me. but i fixed it by nesting the clip

Just figured out that nesting solved the problem. Still weird that Premiere Pro reacts that way when you want to time remap a reversed clip

thanks for the reply. but I just triple checked and its speed not duration. exacly the same as on all other clips. just this one doesnt want to work

I tried instead of upping the speed %, decreasing it and even if I just lower the speed% by 1% out of a 10 second clip becomes a clip that is just 1 frame long. If I increase the speed % by just 1 % it suddenly becomes a couple of minutes long the clip (original clip 10 seconds long) which makes no sense to me

I have currently have the Problem, that when I want to time remap one of my clips and make it for example 250% speed the clip gets longer instead of shorter. So it does the exact opposite of what it is supposed to do. The other clips work perfectly fine. The one Clip with which I have the problem is reversed speed which is probably why it does it. I want the start of the video to be 850% of the speed. How can I make this work? Many thanks in advance!

My CPU Watercooler broke and until they send me a replacement which can take around 10 days I am using an old air cooler I still had at home. During gaming the cpu is constantly at around 80 degrees with max being 84 degrees. The CPU i am using is the i7 7700K. Are these temps at up to 84 degrees okay for the CPU or can it cause damage? I need to use this cooler for around 10 days until the liquid cooler replacement arrives. Many thanks in advance!

I am kinda new to Premiere pro and I was wondering if it is possible to set a marker at a set amount of frames. I have a beat that happens every 44 frames and it would be very usefull if there was a way to like mark it automaticly. Or is there another way how I can mark the beat in a better or faster way
