  1. It was the PSU. The 3,3V rail was fucked, the SSD didn't get enough (or not stable enough) juice for sudden stuff (like alt-tabbing out and opening a browser) so it crashed the system. I bought a used Corsair 600W (B tier, according to psu tier list) and I didn't crash with it yet. If I think about it, my old psu was almost 6 years old, and it was a cheap one even back then.
  2. New Cmos battery, clean Bios xmp turned off, I hope it's my PSU and not my CPU Meanwhile I found out that my 3,3V rail only has ~2,35V
  3. I7 7700 H170 pro gaming 16G Kingston @2400 MSI 1070 Sea Hawk Sabrent Rocket 512G 500W Zalman PSU (Maybe 500W-s aint enough? Then why didn't it crash while both the CPU and GPU were running on 100%?)
  4. Clean, from USB image. No OC, not even stock Turbo
  5. Hi! I'm constantly getting BSODs while playing games.(New World atm.) It goes away so fast I can't even read the error code, but it's probably WHEA Eventlog: volmgr 161 error then Kernel-power 41 Didn't work: Reinstall, chkdsk, sfc /scannow, memtest, any paging file option Drivers are up to date. Did 10-15mins of 100% cpu&gpu stresstest without BSOD. (80C & 60C), voltages were fine. Win 10 pro, 21H1, 19043.1266 What can cause such behavior? Is it a faulty RAM or Mobo?
  6. Hi! For some reason I have 50-60 FPS drops in some games like Valheim and LoL. (from 150 to 90 fps and so.) What can cause such behavior? My CPU is at 50-60%, running stable 60C, my GPU is running literally below 10% all the time under 50C (Yes, the game is running on the dedicated GPU) All my drivers are up to date, running Win11 pre build (I had the same issues before upgrading to 11) Specs: I7 7700, 1070 8G, 16G ram Nvidia Game Ready driver ver. 471.11
  7. Anyone? I still couldn't figure out what makes this strange behaviour
  8. Hi! I'm having tons of trouble with my 970 evo constantly crashing in specific games. In these games: Fortnite, Valheim, Simcity my pc randomly freezes with my C:\ drive having 100% usage. (even tho it's usage is only a few KB/S) Latest firmware, drivers ect. ect. Samsung Magician, HDD Sentinel and Crystal Disk Mark says that the drive is totally fine and healthy. (90+GB free out of 250)
  9. I have an external soundcard, but that's not noisy at all. It's just the USB mic. My PSU is kinda on the budget side, It's a Zalman GS500? idk, something like that. I made a cable which has separate Data and Power In-s. Data side into the PC, Power side into a powerbank and the noise is 90% gone. It's finally usable. Not the perfect solution, but it's working.
  10. Update: The noise "changes" when running FurMark. It's not louder, it's like I can hear the thing ramp and down.
  11. Hi! I just bought a new USB mic. It's a Superlux E205U MK2. First I tried it with my laptop, 0 noise, great sound ect. ect, but when I plug it into my desktop it has a loud low pitched noise which gets louder when I'm using my mouse. It's not my mouse's fault, because when I completely unplug every peripheral, it still has the humm, but a bit quieter. I'm not sure what to do. Is it a groundloop? If yes, how can I eliminate that? I've tried different USB plugs, front/back even my monitor's USB outs.
  12. Here's the "crashy" screen. Now It's only happening when Windows is starting, (Loading the user), or totally randomly
  13. Yeah, bought 2 days ago. Tried another cable, (Lenovo branded) It seems to be a bit better, but still unstable.
  14. 16GB G.Skill Aegis, @3000 withXMP Silentium Elementum E2 550W I'll try clearing the CMOS, and get that "crashy" looking screen.
