    Could be that the motherboard is set to Internal graphics. I assume you are connecting your cables to a GPU. Have you tried connecting your monitors to the motherboard display output? If you didn't connected them to a GPU because you don't have one (i didn't see one listed in your specs) it could be so that your motherboard is set to pci graphics. In that case you can remove the battery from your motherboard and wait a while to reset the motherboard then try again.
