Starting my other computer with these hard drives isn't an issue. I don't get the message shown above

Oh the problem is that when I boot the computer this message pops up not allowing me to go to desktop. should I place my hard drives in another computer? @Chaosbadger

This is my first build and this problem is really frustrating me. please help, any tips would be appreciated. At the end of the top line it says damage.

I don't mind how it looks, My case doesn't have a window so it doesn't matter on how it looks. Just trying to reach low temperature.
