I am using a Ryzen 3 1200 and a Gigabyte GA-A320M-S2H Micro ATX AM4 Motherboard

I am looking to buy a cheap motherboard but it does not have heatsinks, I do have fans and coolers for all my components so I don't know if heatsinks are necessary or change the performance very much.

Does my motherboard does not have room for a cpu cooler?

Currently I am looking at -AMD ryzen 3 1200, 4 cores, 4 threads 3.1ghz (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0741DN383/ref=ox_sc_act_title_2?smid=A2D6O8U4XOTC9L&psc=1), Gigabyte GA-A320M-S2H (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B079NYQQJJ/ref=ox_sc_act_title_1?smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER&psc=1) , and Compucase HEC HX310 Mid Tower. I am wondering -if the CPU will bottleneck, and if it will, are there any better budget cpus around the same price I could use? -Will the gpu fit in the case? -Will the gpu fit on the motherboard? Any help is appreciated :D.

If anyone has put a 1650 in an older optiplex or elitedesk do you know if it runs well or maybe bottlenecks because of the cpu? Specs and benchmarks would help. Thanks
