What would be the right ones? Theres no different types of 3-4 pin fan headers right?

Heya! I’ve bought a strix z390-f and it has 4 fan fan headers, seeing as i want more fans, are fan splitters capable of powering rbg fans? Does the splitter work exactly as a normal header on the mobo? If not, any suggestions?

2 of them are exhaust fans in the top and back, 1 of them is an intake at the bottom, thing is, the af120s have the same amount of cfm as the sp120s, both at the same db’s. So whats the move?

Hey guys! I just installed 3 corsair sp120 fans on My case, i realized after that, that the sp is for static pressure-.- however, these have higher airflow(52cfm) than most of their other options, should i change them? Or is it fine? Also, They are 3pin so no pwm, but is it possible to slow them down? As They are quite loud as They are at 1400rpm always. Thanks!
