ive already done that it shows its installed in programs but not through device manager

I have a MSI z270 m7 gaming MOBO with an I7 7700k 16gb ddr4 ram and a gtx1060. Well ive always used a headset stand that has audio through usb and it finally bit the dust last night. I tried to plug my headphones into the back of the mobo and on the front of the case and no audio. just the audio from my monitor. I tried downloading the Realtek audio driver from MSI and no luck it shows its installed but wont show up in device manager. also tried to download it from Realtek themselves no luck.

hey everyone so I have two problems. First is that my OS is somehow in two different ssds. I had a 120gb sdd that I had windows on when I first built my pc then I upgraded to a 500gb m.2 and I wanted a fresh install so I installed win10 on the m.2 but when I took out my 120gb it wont boot but when I put my 120gb in another pc it only shows the old OS that I had the first time. but when they are in the same pc it will show 2 OSs installed. Second I want to back up my OS so I can wipe my drives but is there any way to keep all my logins and apps installed on the back up?
