PSU is a Rosewill 500watt and I can't even boot at this point

So in 2019 I built my first PC and I was using it until it diee it would turn on then freeze when on the desktop then I ordered a sss new HDD and a new motherboard but not today after rebuilding it. It worked fine for about 4-6 hours then it froze I restarted it and again it froze I've tried almost everything please help [Specs] [Ssd/HDD] (ssd is a team group m.2 and hdd is a Seagate barracuda 2tb ) [GPU] (sapphire Rx 580 8gb) [PSU] (500watt) [Ram] (16gb ddr4) [MB] (next z370) [CPU] (i5-9400f)

ok cause rn i have a 1tb hdd

Im getting low fps and spikes on games like minecraft, arma 3 and destiny 2 My Specs are Intel i5 9400f AMD Radeon rx 580 8gb asrock h310m-hdv 2x8gb ddr4 ram' I have reset my pc reinstalled drivers and defragged my drives and my cpu doesn't overheat but it still runs bad Please help
